Our outstanding youth for today is a tireless advocate for youth development. Her name is Celine Frederick of the San Fernando Central Secondary School in Trinidad & Tobago. She serves as Head Girl, a peer councillor and an executive member of the Student Council among many other responsibilities. May we continue to bolster and empower such young ones as they strive to make positive strides in society.
